The Adel-Cook County Chamber of Commerce presented a ribbon cutting on Thursday morning, March 2, 2017, for the 19th Hole, a new family friendly sports grill at Circlestone Golf Club near Adel.
The 19th Hole opened March 1 after major renovations at Circlestone including the club house and pro shop.
This ribbon cutting marked the fourth such event for the Chamber in a week, clearly showing the business growth in Cook County, said Chamber President/CEO Jerry Connell.
Husband and wife Quentin and Patti McMillan have partnered with John Scarboro and his daughter Lorie Apperson Moore for the new venture.
The 19th Hole features a spacious sports bar but also a separate kids’ room with games for them.
The hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, with a Sunday lunch buffet; 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday; and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday.
The 19th Hole is available for special events.
